Travis Fimmel Returns as Dune: Prophecy Gears Up for Season 2 in 2026
HBO’s hit prequel series Dune: Prophecy is set to expand its interstellar saga with the much-anticipated Season 2, and fans have reason to rejoice: Travis Fimmel is confirmed to reprise his role as Desmond Hart.
Following the success of Season 1, which debuted in late 2024, the production for Season 2 began in late 2025 and continues into early 2026. This new season promises longer episodes, an expanded storyline, and a deeper dive into the lore of the Dune universe.
