Mr. 9 is a young man with his agency number engraved on his cheekbones and a golden crown atop his red hair. He’s dressed in a green suit with white lace and a red scarf with ruffles. He appears to be a prince or a king, but he is neither.
His hair is significantly longer and he has developed a mustache after two years. His agent numbers have been deleted, and he wears a different, longer scarf. His garments are likewise odd, as they are missing the lace trim on the collar and sleeves. His crown, though, is the same.

Miss Wednesday also known as Nefertari Vivi former assigned partner during her infiltration, Mr.9 is the code name of a former Frontier Agent and bounty hunter for Baroque Works. He is a major antagonist in the Reverse Mountain Arc and a supporting antihero in the Whisky Peak Arc as a result of his activities.
Miss Wednesday later joins The Pirate group and leads Monkey D Luff to a dangerous wild Animal in Episode 69 of One Piece.
Nefertari Vivi is the Arabasta Kingdom’s princess. She is the daughter of Titi and Nefertari Cobra. Vivi was a member of the Suna Suna Clan as a child, serving as vice-leader of the organization led by her companion Koza.
She made her first appearance as a Bounty Hunter in the Reverse Mountain Arc, under the Baroque Works pseudonym Miss Wednesday.

She was teamed with Mr. 9, a fellow Frontier Agent, during this period. After showing herself to be a spy scheming against Baroque Works during the Whisky Peak Arc, she and her pet super spot-billed duck Karoo ended up joining the Straw Hat Pirates for the majority of the Arabasta Saga.
After beating Baroque Works, Vivi departed the crew.
