My dress up Darling has officially confirmed that a second season is in the works, and the series’ original creator is preparing for what’s ahead with brand-new artwork. Since the anime’s conclusion, the popularity of Shinichi Fukuda’s original manga series has increased exponentially. Fans eagerly awaited a second season to see if the anime would maintain the franchise’s popularity, which made the wait for a potential second season all the more intriguing.
As part of a special event honouring the series in Japan, My Dress-Up Darling formally confirmed that the anime will continue with a sequel. Shinichi Fukuda shared a special new illustration of Wakana Gojo and Marin Kitagawa to commemorate the announcement that more anime will be coming in the future. This new season has yet to have a release date for its new episodes (or could end up being a movie project), but to celebrate the announcement Shinichi Fukuda shared an illustration of Wakana Gojo and Marin Kitagawa.
