In these last few chapters, we see a change in both Eve’s demeanor as well as her goals. She has been cold and distant since she found out that Minjoo was pregnant, but now she seems to be more at peace with herself. It may be because she finally told Minjoo how much she loves her or it could be because she was able to find closure with the part of herself that wanted children. Whatever it is, Eve is happier than ever before.
