The Promised Neverland season 3: I am so happy about the way it ended. I know there were a few plotholes, but it wasn’t anything too big. (We can assume Sonju changed his view after the years passed and the journey with Emma). (As for Norman’s secret feelings for Emma, like most childhood first loves that could develop in the distant future or grow into a familial bond—I’m actually glad they did not make her have to choose between Ray and Norman).
I really enjoyed this anime. It exposes how hardened we become as humans because of our conditions, but reminds us we have a choice. We can choose the kind of future we want to live in and the kind of people we want to become.

The storyline is brilliant and every episode leaves the viewer in awe, persuading them to watch it all in a single sitting! I was bewildered when I first saw it, completing Season 1 in 24 hrs. Then the other day I rewatched it again because I wanted to grasp the concept/meaning of the show and it was even better!
Will There Be A Season 3 Of The Promised Neverland?
Nope. The whole point of the anime going “anime-original” was that they don’t plan on making anymore seasons, so a season 3 defeats the whole purpose of going anime-original.
They skipped 140 chapters’ worth of content. It was an awful adaptation. We should just let it end at this point.

The story of “The Promised Neverland” starts off with little kids in the Grace Field House, which is an orphanage. The three eldest of the family of children are Ray, Norman, and Emma. Based on what we see in the episode, the three of them are seen as talented, skillful, agile, and intelligent. From Hide and Seek to playing Tag, these two excel in physicality. They are seen as big brothers (Ray and Norman) and big sisters (Emma) to other kids. Of course, these three will not take care of the children all by themselves, right? The main caretaker is their “Mom” in the orphanage. She is your typical mother-like figure who loves her children so much and admires them. Everyone seems happy. Everyone is having fun. “Mom” loves her job.
I rewatched the entire anime, and I can say proudly that season 2 could’ve been way better. It feels as if season 2 had a whole different flavor than season 1 (a way more plain flavor to be exact). It just doesn’t hit the way season 1 did. One of the things I liked from s1 were the “jumpscares”, and s2 barely (or didn’t, idk) have any. It doesn’t give that more mysterious horror vibe anymore.
As a TPN manga reader and lover, it is a huge pity that TPN decided to skip the goldy pond arc, but I think both Season one (1) and Season two (2) did quite well! I enjoyed the anime a lot, but I gotta admit, it really is a massive pity that TPN decided to rush through Season 2 and skip quite a lot of details and plots. I kinda wish they had included Yuugo and the goldy pond arc. I’m gon na go re-read the TPN manga for the 4th time now!!

The ending of the anime, I argue, is really well done and the best of its kind. It is dramatic, tense, and thrilling. It really kept me on the edge of my seat. However, fans who haven’t watched or are willing to rewatch hit any of the official anime videos, such as Netflix, or other free alternative websites.
