20. Caribou

The guy was overconfident because he had a logia DF, he coasted on it in Paradise because no one had Haki, thus couldn’t touch him, so he had no fighting skills. All he did with it was store things inside his swamp, his fighting skills were using weapons he had in his swamp.

The saddest part is that his Devil fruit would have been very similar in function to Katakuri’s had he utilised it properly, his swamp was very sticky and even allowed him to pull people and things down into it, trapping them. He could use it on a large area to create a swamp and trap opponents, limiting their movements, he himself could hide in it and attack from anywhere, like what Monet did with snow, etc.

19. Valade Sylvia

Valade Sylvia ate Baku Baku no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that was eaten by Wapol, the main antagonist of the Drum Island arc of One Piece. This Devil Fruit allows him to consume anything from people to weapons and buildings. Using Baku Baku Factory, Wapol is then able to incorporate these powers into his own body.

While this Devil Fruit makes him stronger, its powers are very limited and dependent on what Wapol eats. Most of the time, the power increment is not all that great.

18. Mikita (Miss Valentine.)

Miss Valentine who is popular know as mikita. His partner was just as bad, using her weight to just float and then land on people from above. She had the power to adjust her weight from 1 kg to 10 tons. If she weighed 1 kg, while maintaining her muscle strength, she could launch herself at incredible speed and then increase her weight to 10T at the last second to land very strong hits, she’d increase her agility and power, but no, she used it to land on people.

17. Otama

Otama ate Kibi Kibi no Mi, This Paramecia fruit allows the user to create kibi dango from their cheeks. It’s mainly used for taming wild animals and humans that are part animals.

The Kibi Kibi no Mi’s presence on this list might seem controversial. Tama put it to great use in the Wano Country arc. Kaido’s elite soldiers can be directly controlled if they have consumed a SMILE fruit.

16. Gem (Mr 5.)

Gem (Mr 5.) Is one of the top 16th worst devil fruit users introduced so far.

The guy had the power of the bomb fruit, he could cause explosions with any part of his body, and he used that power to flick snot at people…

We’re shown the amazing capabilities of people in One Piece, like Kuro’s Stealth Foot technique, which is as fast as Soru, yet, this guy with the power of explosions couldn’t utilise it for any worthwhile combat skill other than shooting snot or breath bullets.

He could have used it like Geppo, using explosions to fly, he could have used it to cushion against attacks, he could have used it to project himself forward faster, he could have used it to propel his fists faster. But no, snot bullets. pathetic.

15. Kin’emon

Kin’emon ate Fuku Fuku no Mi, Kin’emon can use this Paramecia fruit to make clothing disguises. It’s quite effective in dangerous stealth operations, but it can also be used to warm up in cold environments.

With that said, the user requires small objects to create these clothes. This means users will need to have these materials on hand, or else their powers will not work. They also need to visualize what they are making. Those with a very limited imagination will perform rather poorly.

14. Sugar

Sugar ate Hobi Hobi no mi, it allows the user to transform living people into toys, and erase memories of their existence from others.

I mean come on, it’s one of the most, if not the most wasted devil fruit and besides if you are a good fighter all you have to touch is touch the person and Boom, they are done. we or i don’t really know the full extent to its ability so it’s really dangerous.

13. Hina

Hina ate Ori Ori no Mi, Its powers allow her to produce iron shackles from her body and trap anyone who touches them. As a result, the Ori Ori no Mi is quite useful to capture small-time pirates.

However, it isn’t all that effective against strong people. Luffy was able to escape right through its powers during the Marineford arc. This fruit is also hard to control as Hina has, on occasions, trapped her own allies with its powers.

12. Pica

Pica ate ishi ishi no mi, allows the user to absorb, manipulate, and merge with stone, making the user a Stone Assimilation Human (岩石同化人間, Ganseki Dōka Ningen?)

I mean, just read it and tell me it’s not amazing, especially when you can be as big as the country(?). I personally think it was used too early or just disposable for zoro. It’s one of my favorite devil fruits.

11. Enel

Enel ate Goro Goro no mi, allows the user to create, control, and transform into electricity at will, making the user a Lightning Human (雷人間, Kaminari Ningen?).

lightning is my most favourite element, no elements can come close to it but it was wasted on this cocky self-proclaimed God, they did it justice though. i hope enel shows up again.

10. Kuma

Kuma ate Nikyu Nikyu no mi, bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch, and is physically represented as paws on the user’s palms, making the user a Paw Human (肉球人間, Nikukyū Ningen?, “Paw-Palmed Human” in the FUNimation dub).

Some fans don’t know how this devil fruit works but all i know is that it can teleport someone anywhere that’s on your mind. And Kuma is one of the 10 worst devil fruit users introduced so far.

9. Magellan

Magellan ate Doku Doku no mi, it’s grants the user the ability to produce and control different types of poison, as well as grant immunity to all forms of poison, making the user a Poison Human (毒人間 Doku Ningen?)

i’m gonna be honest, magellan scares me with that devil fruit. it was so strong that it was mistake to be a logia devil fruit but it’s not.

Some people even says that Magellan is on the same level as admirals but after seeing what admirals can do, i don’t think so but he is still one of the strongest character in my opinion. the reason why i put it here is because i don’t think we’ll be seeing him much in action again.

8. Charlotte Daifuku

Charlotte Daifuku ate Hoya Hoya no Mi, it is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit. This fruit is quite interesting, as it allows the user to produce a genie from their belly once rubbed hard enough.

The genie itself is quite strong and can overpower some tough opponents for sure. However, the user’s lack of mobility puts it among the worst Devil Fruits. Furthermore, the user has to rub their belly to get the Genie to work, and so if they are prevented from doing that, this fruit is rendered useless.

7. Bartolomeo

Bartolomeo ate Beri Beri no Mi, it users can split into multiple orbs and become immune to blunt force. This fruit is also eaten by Marine officer Very Good.

It’s certainly useful against common enemies, but it cannot protect the user from Haki-infused attacks.

In this case, users can perform an evasive maneuver by splitting themselves apart. This will be necessary against sharp objects since the user is still affected by these attacks.

6. Pekoms

Pekoms ate Kame Kame no Mi is a Zoan-type Devil Fruit, a Lion mink who works for Big Mom. This Devil Fruit allows Pekoms to become a turtle at will and it doesn’t have many advantages, as expected.

The shell offered by this Devil Fruit makes Pekoms as hard as diamond, meaning no sword or bullet can pierce him. However, to use its powers properly, he has to revert into his shell. In combat, Pekoms doesn’t rely on it as it is very inconvenient.

5. Kelly Funk 

Kelly Funk  ate Jake Jake no Mi, is Another Devil Fruit of the Paramecia class, and its powers allow him to turn into a jacket. This jacket is completely useless until it is worn by someone. Once worn, it allows them to take over their body.

Every strength of the wearer is transferred to the jacket but it needs to be worn willingly. Jake Jake no Mi is absolutely useless unless someone else puts it on.

4. Sharinguru

Sharinguru ate Shari Shari no Mi, it is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that was once again eaten by Sharinguru of the Marines. This Devil Fruit allows him to turn his limbs into wheels and as expected, it aids greatly in travel, making Sharinguru a human vehicle.

However, in combat, this Devil Fruit is almost worthless as the user can do little with wheels, which act as spinning weapons. Franky dealt with it rather easily during the Enies Lobby arc, as is expected of anyone who is a capable fighter in the One Piece world.

3. Chopper

Chopper ate Hito Hito no Mi, it is a very intriguing Devil Fruit that has turned him into a human and a hybrid at will. Using his experiments with the Rumble Ball, Chopper has been able to unlock seven transformations that aid him greatly in battle

While it goes without saying that Chopper’s Devil Fruit is beneficial for him, the same wouldn’t hold true for a human. In most cases, all it would do is make someone wiser.

2. Doflamingo

Doflamingo uses his strings. Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to create and control strings. His strings are incredibly durable and razor-sharp, making them able to cut, pierce, block, bind, or bash his opponents. 

Doflamingo, a well-known character, first appears in One Piece manga and anime: Vol. 25, Chapter 233 (p. 17–18), and Episode 151. and was finally killed in episode 721.

Foxy ate noro noro no mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to emit special unique microscopic photon particles as beams of light.

However, foxy lack of mobility puts and it was among number one ranked one piece worst Devil Fruits. While the Devil Fruit powers aid Foxy in many ways, they unfortunately can be used against him if his opponent can make the beams be directed at him.
